The Catseye Rescue Team re-licensed this weekend. Motorsport Rescue license holders are required to re-license every three years and demonstrate they are competent to extract a casualty safely and promptly. Over the past two years, Michele Sutcliffe and I have completed our First Response Emergency Care qualifications and our other team members work for ambulance trusts. Our Rescue Unit is not for profit and therefore all monies are invested back into the unit.
We have recently upgraded our hydraulic cutting equipment and undertaken some CPD training, so should you need us, you are in good hands! A big thank you to Lauren Crook from Saabtec for supporting us by supplying wrecks for our training.
